Answer 1 of 9: I have read that Rue d'Alessia, a street full of outlet and destockage stores. What do these stores sell? We are staying in Montparnasse but this area is slightly out of the way of any other things we plan to do so not sure it's worth going.

Delightful neighborhood where as other reviewers have noted, large groups of tourists are largely absent. But, this is still Paris, there are still tourists.
